Experience: 2 to 5 years
Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site)
Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end hiring pipeline to bring top talent into our expert ecosystem.
HR Generalist Operations: Drive employee engagement, seamless onboarding, and daily HR operations.
Data & Analytics: Manage HR dashboards, track metrics, and turn raw data into actionable team insights.
2–5 years of proven experience bridging recruitment and core HR operations.
Excellent communication & data handling abilities (Advanced Excel/HRIS proficiency is a huge plus).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
